To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the RM of Bjorkdale No.426 and/or its elected officials, Officers, Employees, Agents, Volunteers, Contractors, and Representatives (herein referred to as “The RM”) shall forever be released from any and all actions, expense, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to:

Furthermore, I agree to appropriately insure my boat and boat lift to cover the risk of liability and damage to other individuals and property.

In order to facilitate communication between occupants of the docks, please check the following:

MLAC can share my contact information, on a limited basis, with other occupants of docks on the environmental reserve, when related to docking concerns.

MLAC can include my name and slip location on a map of docks on the environmental reserve, to be provided to all occupants of the Co-Op and Seasonal docks.
