Each year an election is held to fill one or more of the 5 positions on the Marean Lake Advisory Committee (MLAC). This year Bert Desrosiers’ current term expired and all owners were contacted by email to solicit nominations for his replacement.

The nomination period has now closed. One nomination was received, from Bert Desrosiers who chose let his name stand again for re-election. Since there was only one position open, Bert will be acclaimed for a 4 year term and there is no need for an election to be held.

On behalf of all owners within the Marean Lake community, the RM of Bjorkdale would like to thank Bert for his continued service.
