NOTE: this fire ban was removed on August 1st.

Due to the dry conditions the RM of Bjorkdale has implemented a FIRE BAN, effective IMMEDIATELY.

This applies to all the resorts at Marean Lake, and will remain in place until further notice when the fire risk is reduced.

Fireworks, all open fires, and any device with an open flame (like fire tables) are prohibited until this ban is lifted. The use of enclosed gas BBQ’s and indoor fireplaces/wood burning stoves are still allowed.
